Salsa Verde
Ingredients:
6 Tomatillos
1 Jalapeno pepper
1 Serrano pepper
4 Chiles de arbol
1 Big handful of cilantro
2 cloves of garlic
1 to 2 Tspn of salt
1 Big Squeeze of lime or lemon juice
Direction’s:
In a large skillet burn tomatillos peppers and garlic
About 8 to 10 minutes
Tomatillos should be blackened on both sides, garlic roasted, and Chiles de Arbol completely black!
Put all ingredients in blender except for lime/lemon
Blendon for a good two minutes making sure that the Chiles dr arbol break up into tiny pieces!!
Pour into a medium-size bowl add squeeze of lime/lemon and mix!
Yay!! You just made Authentic Mexican Salsa!!
